Song for Marion, the latest film from London to Brighton director Paul Andrew Williams, is gala screening at this year’s BFI London Film Festival.

Starring Vanessa Redgrave, Terence Stamp, Gemma Arterton and Christopher Eccleston, the London-set comedy-drama follows terminally-ill Marion (Redgrave), her family, and husband (Stamp) who joins an unusual local choir for pensioners.

Check out the video to see Paul Andrew Williams chat about how his career’s evolved, mature audiences, and whether he’ll be working with Jennifer Aniston on his next film.

Song for Marion is the Mayfair Hotel Gala and screens on 19, 20, and 21 October.

The 56th BFI London Film Festival runs from 10 to 21 October 2012. Click here for more details.
