Actress Lake Bell brought her first feature film as a writer-director to this year’s Sundance London.
In A World stars Bell as an underachieving vocal coach who’s motivated by her father, the king of movie-trailer voice-overs, to pursue her dream of becoming a voice-over star.
Bell’s wickedly funny comedy pokes fun at the egos her character meets along the way and lampoons the rise of the “sexy baby voice” vocal virus.
