Home » Mark Stanley on Grenn’s Spin-off Show & Table-Reading with Ygritte

Night’s Watch ranger Grenn may have left fellow Watchman Samwell Tarly alone to face the White Walkers at the end of season 2, but thankfully he managed to redeem himself somewhat in season 3.

We caught up with actor Mark Stanley, who plays the strong but slow-witted Grenn, at Collectormania in Milton Keynes.

Check out the video to see Mark talk about Grenn’s spin-off show with Night’s Watch steward Pyp, table-reading Kit Harington’s Jon Snow scenes with Rose Leslie’s Ygritte in season 3, how things have changed for Samwell Tarly in season 3, how he’d like to meet his maker on GoT, losing Lord Commander Jeor Mormont and James Cosmo, what he thinks of Rast (Luke Barnes), and looking forward to filming season 4:
