Home » Paul McGann talks Eighth Doctor Spin-Off & A Five(ish) Doctors Sequel

At this year’s Collectormania event, Flicks And The City caught up with actor Paul McGann again to talk all things Doctor Who.

As well as chatting about his return as the 8th Doctor in The Night Of The Doctor, Paul talked Eighth Doctor spin-offs, the return of the Five(ish) Doctors, Peter Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor, and why Tilda Swinton would have been a brilliant Doctor.

Check out our video to see Paul talk about what fans ask him most about Doctor Who, his new style for the return of the Eighth Doctor, how much say he had in his Doctor’s new look, whether he’d like to return again as the Eighth Doctor, how he’d like to see his Doctor return and what he’d like to see happen if he did, why he enjoyed his return in the Night Of The Doctor so much, what he thinks of the idea of an Eighth Doctor spin-off series and whether he’d like to see it happen.

Paul then told us why he thought The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot was the highlight of the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary celebrations and why he’d like to do a Five(ish) Doctors sequel, what Peter Capaldi will bring to the role of the Twelfth Doctor and why he could be the best Doctor yet, why Tilda Swinton would have been a brilliant Doctor, and whether he’d like to see his own Doctor on screen with Peter Capaldi’s new Doctor.
