Home » Carol Morley & Florence Pugh talk The Falling & New Game Of Thrones Star Toby Sebastian

Writer-director Carol Morley’s drama-documentary Dreams Of A Life premiered to great critical acclaim at the London Film Festival in 2011.

And this year, Carol was back at the LFF for the world premiere of her latest film, The Falling.

Set in 1969, The Falling follows relationships and events at an English boarding school for girls. Lydia (Maisie Williams) and Abbie (newcomer Florence Pugh) are best friends. But Lydia’s world starts to unravel when her brother and Abbie have a one-night stand, and a mysterious fainting epidemic hits their school.

Check out our video to see Carol and Florence talk about casting, working with Maisie Williams, how the teenage actresses shared a house during the shoot, and how Florence’s brother Toby Sebastian is currently filming Game of Thrones (playing Trystane Martell).
