A Liar’s Autobiography brings the story of Monty Python’s Graham Chapman to life on the big screen at this year’s London Film Festival.

Using Chapman’s own audio recordings as well as the work of 14 different animation studios, the film also features the voices of Terry Jones, Terry Gilliam, John Cleese, and Michael Palin.

Check out the video to see the film’s directors Ben Timlett, Bill Jones and Jeff Simpson chat about Cameron Diaz playing Freud, directing the Pythons, and why Terry Gilliam may have found himself a new profession.

A Liar’s Autobiography screens on 16 and 19 October.

The 56th BFI London Film Festival runs from 10 to 21 October 2012. Click here for more details.
